Today's society focuses on the external for self gratification and enhancement everywhere we go and mostly everything we see through the media. Our youth are especially susceptible to experimentation and temptation. Engaging in self-destructive behavior and patterns are commonplace.<br /><br />My 30-page book, <span style="FONT-STYLE: italic">If You Believe, You Can Achieve</span>, targets our youth; it simply explains how to become, how to acquire, and how to achieve goals in life through focus in a positive direction. If a young person is ready for it, he or she will learn how to see an opportunity that might otherwise be missed or find a "key" that will unlock the same door of opportunity from a whole different direction. It is not hard, but it does take some work and everyone can be, do, or have their dreams as reality.<br /><br />One example in the book that I have used with students many times is the creation of a vision board that generates visual vibes; the result is creative thought that opens windows of possibilities for achieving goals.
